In today’s episode, I’m joined by Steffie Broer, who is the founding director of Brighter Green Futures, who build communities where people can truly thrive and live in harmony with the planet.
Having built her first eco-home when she was just 26, as a single mother with her baby boy, as part of the Yard in Bristol, Steffie has gone from strength to strength using her knowledge and expertise to create Brighter Green Futures and its flagship site Water Lilies. Which will be home to 33 families, putting people and community at the heart of everything in this exciting eco-development.
In this wide-ranging interview, Steffie shares how others can do the same and create their own sustainable home with like-minded individuals. From how to acquire land and get the process started, forging powerful relationships with others, reducing your cost of living while enhancing your health and wellbeing and how raising kids in a peaceful empowered environment sets them up for a wholesome life.
This podcast is for anyone who’s passionate I am about getting back to our roots and living in harmony with people and nature.
