In this episode, I discuss how I’ve carved out more time for the things I love.
It seems a lot of us are seeking to go down a different path in life, breaking free of the typical 9-5 working model to be more flexible so we can find a more meaningful way of living.
I share my story of how I’ve done just that, taking a complete U-turn in how I worked, freeing up 30 hours a week to spend more time on the things that bring me joy (like this podcast).
You'll hear about some of the people who have inspired me along the way, whether that be Tim Ferriss with his time-saving techniques or Mr Money Mustache with his wise words around money.
Marie Kondo with her sage advice on how to declutter and tidy up my life gets a big mention too. So too do Josh & Ryan from The Minimalists who offer excellent insight into how we can all live a more meaningful life with less.
All in all, it’s an episode filled with plenty of tools and techniques on how we all can begin to carve more time out for the things we love in life.
