In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Stephen Yip who is the founder and CEO of children’s charity KIND in Liverpool.
For the past 43 years, he’s dedicated his life to helping tens of thousands of children from deprived backgrounds through his numerous educational programs as well as his yearly Christmas hamper campaign.
No doubt in my mind that Stephen is a Saint for everything he’s done and continues to do for each these children. In this episode, he shares a wealth of knowledge and experience, from how he set it up all those years ago, as well as hearing some incredible heartfelt stories throughout his time with the charity which can't help but make you feel inspired.
We also talk at length about the Christmas appeal campaign which is in its 43rd year, where they aim to deliver at least 1000 hampers across the region to disadvantaged children and their families so they can enjoy this time of year.
If you get chance please do listen right to the end as I share how you can help get involved with this years Christmas appeal through the JustGiving page I've set up so we can help play a small role in this years campaign.
