In this episode, I talk about one of the things I’m most passionate subjects, optimising my health and wellbeing.
I delve deep into my own healing journey, something I’ve not talked about much, and how I’ve overcome numerous chronic health conditions which I had since I was a teenager.
Even though it’s been tough going at times, I see it as a blessing as I’ve been able to empower myself and uncover many insightful things as I got to the root cause of my own symptoms to bring my body back into a state of balance so I can feel like I’m thriving, rather than just surviving.
Sadly too many people are feeling in a state of dis-ease these days. I believe good health is available to everyone so I hope by sharing my own experience and what’s helped me on my own path others will see there’s a route for them to regain their own health and live well for years to come.
