Have you ever wondered who that voice is in your head? The voice that never gives you a minute with its endless stream of thought. Well in this episode, I delve deeper into this and explore the pitfalls of the ego and how we can begin to take a step back from it all and not get so attached with its endless chatter.
On average we have around 80,000 thoughts per day, and if we live our lives attaching too much meaning to them we can end up experiencing so much unnecessary suffering. Letting go and surrendering appears to be the way forward, however, those words can be tricky to put into practice.
By hearing other people real-life stories they can really help us see things from a different perspective. And this is exactly what I found by reading all about Michael A. Singer’s life and how he’s been practising the art of surrender for the best part of 40 years with miraculous results.
There are countless other stories showing to each and everyone one it’s possible to begin to let go more and trust in the flow of life.
