In today's episode, I talk about the advantages of developing our own self-care routine into our daily lives.
We lead busy lives; our calendars are full, our to-do list is never-ending and we feel overwhelmed by technology. All this can mean me-time is usually last on the agenda.
Talking of technology, do you know that the first thing 84% us do when waking up is reach for our phone. Zapping us of our much-needed energy and concentration for the rest of the day.
Imagine if we cut our screen time by just 30 mins each day and used that time on some simple techniques, we could be leading healthy and happy lives. From ideas around sleep, diet, exercise, being in nature, as well as our pets, I discuss how it’s possible for us to find time to take more care of ourselves.
By doing this, we are able to be more productive and focused, as well as feeling calmer and more balanced. And who doesn’t want to have more of that?
