In today's episode, I talk about the benefits of taking greater risks in our lives so we can live a richer and more fulfilled life.
So often we can feel confined by society and go along with what’s accepted, yet we all know deep down there’s more to explore and enjoy in this life.
I’ve changed tracks quite a few things in my life, going against the grain, and not once have I regretted those choices. I always consider ‘what’s the worst that can happen?’ and if I’m okay with that then I’ll often take that leap of faith in the unknown and do my best to enjoy the ride.
I also share some age-old wisdom from the people at the end of their life so can learn from them and live without similar regrets.
Life is an adventure that is there to be lived – let’s get every last drop out of it and then when that days come for us to leave this earth plane behind we’ll know we lived a life worth living.
