We all have the power within ourselves to go beyond our egoic mind and experience greater levels of ourselves, making life so much more amazing in the process.
The teachings of Eckhart Tolle have played a significant part in helping me realise this and allowing me to feel calmer, experience more happiness and begin to make more positive life choices.
